JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a competent and dedicated English Teacher with a strong ability to elucidate complex concepts clearly and effectively. The ideal candidate must be able to break down grammar, literature, comprehension, and writing skills into simple, engaging, and understandable lessons that enhance students’ academic performance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ° Develop and implement structured lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.° Teach grammar, literature, comprehension, and writing skills.° Assess, evaluate, and document students’ academic progress.° Prepare students for internal and external examinations.° Maintain teaching resources and ensure a safe, engaging classroom environment.° Foster an inclusive, motivating, and disciplined learning atmosphere.° Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and school-wide activities.° Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents/guardians where necessary.REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.- Relevant teaching certifications.- Minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience in a structured secondary school environment.- Strong classroom management and communication skills.- Ability to elucidate complex topics clearly and engage students effectively.APPLICATION PROCESS Interested candidates should submit their CV and cover letter to Hrmpremiereacademy@gmail.com with the subject line “Application for English Teacher” on or before 20/03/2025.
