As a trainer, you will deliver high quality English language instruction to individuals and groups, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience. This role is perfect for professionals with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to student success.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct English lessons using the Berlitz Method, focusing on conversational skills and practical language use.Adapt lesson plans to meet individual learner needs and proficiency levels.Provide constructive feedback to students to help them achieve their language goals.Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of attendance and assessments.Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment.Stay up to date with teaching methodologies and resources to ensure effective instruction.QualificationsMaster's degree in English Literature, Civilisation or Linguistics / Business EnglishTEFL, TESOL, or equivalent certificationProficiency in English at a native or near-native level.Previous experience in Teaching or TrainingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for language learning and cross-cultural communication.Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
