Sportsbook Operations Content Analyst

We are looking for a Sportsbook Operations Content Analyst to join our team, with a key focus on the Swedish and Finnish markets, and additional support for Estonia and Denmark. This is a hybrid role combining sportsbook expertise with a marketing and content mindset. You will be responsible for ensuring our sportsbook is locally relevant and competitive by creating custom specials, highlighting local and high-profile events, coordinating with CRM and marketing teams to align promotional strategies and conduct data analysis. Job responsibilities:

Create and manage localized sportsbook specials tailored to Swedish, Finnish, Estonian and Danish market;Ensure timely and relevant promotion of local and high-interest events across all platforms;Collaborate with Marketing & CRM teams to ensure content is engaging, timely, and well-positioned;Monitor and update the sportsbook homepage and key landing pages with the right promotions and local events;Conduct market research on competitor offerings to ensure we remain locally competitive;Maintain content accuracy and proactively suggest improvements for engagement and user experience;Contribute to broader campaign planning and execution with a sportsbook focus;Conduct data analysis of market trends and the performance of localized content to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Our expectations: Fluency in Swedish and/or Finnish;Strong understanding of sports betting markets and customer behavior in the Nordics;Experience with sportsbook or iGaming platforms;Good understanding of local sports calendars, trends, and customer interests;Strong organizational and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams;Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
