We need an experienced B2B sales leader—a “hunter” with experience in Multifamily, Prop-Tech or Security-Tech sales and the ability to understand and communicate technology solutions clearly. ResponsibilitiesThe Vice President of Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding our multifamily, student housing, and related markets, identifying other high-volume applications, and building/managing a high-performing sales team. You will:

Leverage your networking, prospecting, communication, and sales skills to find and close new sales opportunities. Develop relationships with multifamily & student housing developers, operational managers, general contractors, and architects. Get our solutions specified on new construction and upgrade projects. Identify new high-volume applications for our products. Build, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals. Manage and grow our network of Certified Partners and Installers. Consistently generate a high level of outbound prospecting activity. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of products, solutions, and business value propositions.

Utilize our CRM system to track activity and manage sales opportunities from lead stage to closing. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations to align strategy and execution. Skills & ExperienceSuccess-driven with a passion for winning. Resourceful and creative problem solver. Strong understanding of technology and the ability to explain it clearly to customers and partners. At least 5 years of experience in vendor sales in the multifamily or related industry. Management experience with building and leading high-performance sales teams. Able to travel at least 40% of the time. Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM. Exceptional people and presentation skills.
