Lead and coordinate EP5G and Neutral Host order management activities for Ericsson’s Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) portfolio. Act as the global SME for order creation, fulfillment, financial controls and related processes. Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and aligned with supply chain and business requirements, while driving continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.What Will You DoOversee pre-sales and post-sales order configuration to ensure completeness and accuracy of all required information.Confirm material availability and end-to-end order fulfillment flow; ensure parts are correctly set up in EZQ and ELC systems.Generate order BoMs and share with sales and customer units; maintain traceability and changes.Collaborate with EZQ and EAB Master Data to ensure SKU and feature availability for subscriptions.Identify and resolve ECP/PP gaps; drive timely resolution with relevant stakeholders. Manage order programming, including Billing and Revenue Recognition rules and schedules.Resolve issues related to ELC workflows; expedite to Accounting and NPI as needed. Break down subscription Cost of Scope (CoS) and work with CU to implement missing Plan Costs. Monitor and follow up on EUFT, EULA and EUS processes with the Sales team. Provide ASN data in required formats to EZQ to complete hardware registration in a timely manner. Support 1.0 to 2.0 conversion orders: ensure order accuracy, validate and confirm serial numbers for registration, transmit subscription information to EZQ, and verify spare inventory levels and CUSL readiness. Develop and maintain a process dashboard and KPIs to measure performance and drive improvements. Drive cross-functional collaboration to remove barriers, resolve complex situations, and apply change management for new processes and automations. The Skills You BringAcademic degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience within Ericsson or equivalent exposure to order management, finance and supply chain management. Hands-on experience with Ericsson-wide tools and systems. Proven problem-solving skills; ability to establish facts, draw conclusions and implement corrective actions. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams and suppliers. Analytics-driven mindset with business modelling skills to evaluate trade-offs and improvements. Experience in change and improvement management and project coordination. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date.
