As an Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks you'll focus on acquiring new enterprise customers within the Swiss Manufacturing and Retail services sector and share an informed point of view on the Big Data and Advanced Analytics space.The Impact You Will HaveIdentify new business opportunities, win new clients and increase the subsequent usage of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform within the Manufacturing and Retail sector in SwitzerlandAssess your accounts and develop a strategy to identify and engage all buying centers and stakeholdersUse a solution-based approach to selling and demonstrate value to potential new clients Conclude quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cyclesTrack all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in SalesforceOwn the consumption story with your customers, using demand plans to identify the most viable use cases in each account to maximise the Databricks impactOrchestrate and work with internal teams to maximise the impact on your ecosystemBuild exceptional value with all engagements to guide successful negotiations to close pointWhat We Look ForTrack record of achieving and over-achieving against quotaExperience selling complex software (ideally with a focus on data & AI) to Manufacturing and Retail clients in Switzerland is preferred A passion for winning new clients (also known as the hunter mentality!)Strong tenure in previous rolesUnderstanding of consumption-based, land and expand sales models is advantageousEvidence of creating demand and delivering substantial value for clientsExperience working with sales methodologies and processes, e.g. account planning, MEDDPICC, Value Selling and accurate forecastingExperience developing partnerships with "champions" and client teams to support execution of your territory planFluent German and business English requiredBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferredAbout DatabricksDatabricks is the data and AI company.
