Join our team and grow your career with SleekFlow!Mid-Senior LevelLocation: South Jakarta, IndonesiaPrior Experience in SaaS/ Software Industry is preferredResponsibilitiesRun a full sales cycle and close both new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly cadenceFind new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leadsRun qualification calls with C-level executives and department leadersRun online, and occasionally in person, product demonstrationsSell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to the C-levelWork collaboratively with the relevant departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introducedRequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in direct sales (selling over the phone, cold calling, presenting, and pitching), preferably B2B at a software companyExtensive experience selling to customers in Indonesia.Comfortable engaging with a diverse array of customersConsistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positions.Previous Experience in a startup is preferredDesired SkillsStrong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.Previous Sales Methodology training preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written & verbal)Strong customer obsession attitude with evidence of taking independent and appropriate decisions for the customerStrong computer skills, including CRM (Preferably Hubspot), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.What We OfferAttractive compensation package including a 13th-month salaryHigh on-target earningsStock options in a rapidly-growing startupA fun, diverse, and international team cultureComprehensive group medical insuranceAllowances for transportation, snacks, and team lunchesPaid leave on your birthdayFlexible work-from-home policyContinuous and rigorous training from experienced team leadsConfidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job.
