Collect and analyze all marketing information.Enhance and develop customer relationshipsManage and coordinate all activities between Huawei and the customer. Promote the full range of Huawei Technologies solutions to defined customers.Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product solution team in order to fulfil the requirement.Manage customer expectation and satisfaction. Lead product solution and service team to solve the issues raised by customers.Take first responsibility for cash collection.Create and present customer proposals and offerings.Create co-operative business plans with customers and their partners and help to define new business models and support product features.Create Sales Account strategy and plans which will identify, quantify, and recommend Sales action plans to address new business opportunities consistent with overall company strategy.Requirements:Minimum 3/4 years direct sales / account management.Experience with a proven track record and cooperation with an international equipment company.A proven track record of building long-term relationships with strategic accounts.Negotiation skills.Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing).Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking will be essential.Must welcome challenges.Must be self-motivated and capable of working under own initiative.Teamwork - must be natural to organize people from different dept. and work for common target.Stationary work in Warsaw office and business trips among Poland.Good knowledge of English and Polish.Have a good working knowledge of at least one or more of the following products & solutions: Wireless network solutions, IT solutions; Transmission solution, and IP solution.Knowledge and skills for operate sales projects from opportunities to contract (E2E).Detailed knowledge of local energy companies business models and service management strategies.Bachelor Degree or above in related field.What They Offer: They offer you an exciting professional career in one of the leading and fastest growing multinational telecommunication companies, challenging work and a competitive salary package.
