About The RoleThe Account Manager role is an exciting opportunity to apply your relationship-building and portfolio management skills while driving meaningful business impact. This position focuses on post-sales within the Enterprise segment - deepening relationships with restaurant partners to strengthen retention and accelerate growth, creating win-win outcomes for partners and Uber Eats.Account Managers are key to the long-term success of our most valuable partners. You'll ensure they reach their full potential on our platform while identifying opportunities to optimize performance and achieve shared goals.What You'll Do Lead strategic account management: Own a portfolio of top-tier restaurant partners and drive growth initiatives that align their objectives with Uber Eats' goals. Build lasting relationships: Develop trusted partnerships with key decision-makers, serving as their go-to expert for driving success on the platform. Drive growth and retention: Achieve and exceed revenue and retention targets through upselling, strategic guidance, and data-driven optimization. Be the voice of the customer: Represent partner needs and insights internally, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance products and services. Deliver business reviews: Lead monthly and quarterly reviews with key partners, reporting on performance metrics and identifying improvement opportunities. Provide strategic insights: Partner with internal and external senior leaders to share perspectives on market trends, challenges, and opportunities in the restaurant delivery space. What you'll need 3+ years of experience in account management or a commercial role, ideally within tech, restaurants, or delivery industries. Proven success managing complex partnerships and meeting ambitious revenue goals. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize business performance. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders. Strategic project management experience and a track record of leading initiatives to successful outcomes. Highly autonomous, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Spanish and business-level English. Bonus points Basic proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting. Experience working with QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brands or large-scale restaurant operations.
