About The RoleThis unique role blends the thrill of building our partner portfolio from an early stage with the satisfaction of managing these key relationships for long-term success. You will be a foundational member of our Denmark team, playing a pivotal role in shaping our journey by bringing the country's best-loved restaurant brands to the Uber Eats platform.Your role is designed to grow along with our presence in Denmark. In the first 12 months, your main focus will be on foundation building and introducing Uber Eats to new partners and helping them launch successfully. The emphasis will be on building our network and establishing a strong foundation. Beyond the first year, as our network matures, your role will naturally shift towards deepening relationships with existing partners. Your focus will turn to strategic account management, uncovering new growth opportunities, and acting as their long-term advisor.What You'll Do Leading the full sales cycle, from initial discovery calls and tailored proposals to navigating complex commercial objections with senior executives. Negotiating comprehensive partnership agreements, focusing on commercial terms, marketing commitments, and operational integrations to create sustainable, long-term value. Securing foundational partnerships with the country's most strategic restaurant brands to establish Uber Eats as the market leader. Be the main point of contact at HQ level for your portfolio. You will create long-term relationships with our key accounts, ultimately maximising their growth, marketing efforts, engagement and satisfaction. You'll be a key influence in their delivery business. Drive forward operational improvement with your partners to ensure that together we are delivering the best experience to Uber Eats users. Develop plans in conjunction with your Enterprise partners to grow their business through adding locations (i.e. locations deployment, expansion support), experimenting with new business models (e.g. virtual brands) or growing same-location sales (e.g. effective marketing, menu optimisation). Quantify everything you do. Utilize data-driven decision making to understand the performance of initiatives to ensure you are effectively prioritising those with the highest return on investment. Work closely with internal stakeholders (such as Operations, Finance, Product and Support) to drive nationwide growth, solve problems and ensure that feedback received is utilised in improving our product and operations. What You'll have Fluency in both Danish and English 3+ years of proven experience with a performance driven record in account management, sales, or related fields Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Proven success in a sales/performance-based role managing targets. A track record of effective negotiations and commercial contracting. Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership abilities. Demonstrated strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, showing speed and resourcefulness. Advanced Salesforce and SQL experience is advantageous'
