Shape operations, culture, and technical strategy from day one while building C-suite relationships and driving strategic AI transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end enterprise sales cycle: prospect, qualify, develop, and close new business across UK and EuropeBuild and maintain C-suite relationships (CIO, CTO, CDO, Chief AI Officer) and act as trusted advisor to senior decision-makersCreate and execute territory plans focused on new logo acquisition, market penetration, and strategic account growthDevelop compelling business cases translating Jeen.ai's AI capabilities into tangible business outcomesPartner with Solution Engineering and Product teams to co-create tailored solutions, proposals, and demosLead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial structuringAct as brand ambassador: speak at events, host executive roundtables, and publish thought leadershipContribute to GTM strategy evolution and provide field feedback to inform product roadmapStay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry innovationsRequirements5+ years enterprise B2B software/SaaS/cloud/AI sales experience with strong hunting and closing track recordProven success selling complex solutions to C-level decision-makers during long, consultative sales cyclesExperience across European markets (UK + at least 1–2 other regions) with familiarity in local business cultures and regulatory landscapesIndustry expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, or PharmaAbility to articulate technical value in business terms and align solutions to strategic goalsTrack record of exceeding revenue and pipeline targets in high-growth or early-stage environmentsExceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with strong executive presenceEntrepreneurial mindset — self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and embraces accountabilityWillingness to travel across EuropePreferred QualificationsExperience building early-stage GTM strategies, opening new markets, or scaling commercial teams
