Enterprise Architect

Role Summary:The Enterprise Architect plays a strategic role in shaping the organization’s business architecture and process landscape. This role focuses on aligning enterprise capabilities with strategic goals, ensuring that business processes are efficient, scalable, and future-ready. The Enterprise Architect works closely with the Solutions Architect to co-design integrated solutions that support transformation and innovation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain enterprise-wide business capability maps and process frameworksLead process harmonization and optimization initiatives across departmentsCollaborate with Solutions Architects to co-design future-state operating modelsEnsure alignment between strategic goals, business processes, and enabling technologiesConduct impact assessments and scenario planning for proposed changesSupport governance and decision-making through structured architectural insightsPromote a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaborationKey Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Service Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or any related courseStrong understanding of business architecture and process designExperience with enterprise modeling tools and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BPMN)Strategic thinking and systems-level problem solvingExcellent collaboration and communication skillsAbility to translate business needs into architectural solutionsFamiliarity with change management and transformation programsWilling to work in MOA Square, Pasay City
