Enterprise Architecture Director

We are #hiring “Enterprise Architecture Director”General Purpose of the Function:-Lead the implementation of the institutional framework and enable the alignment of strategy with execution through approved models, architectures, and methodologies, and oversee all institutional framework services and documentation.Key responsibilities:-- lead and manage: “Management and operation of institutional infrastructure tools.” service- Overseeing “measuring compliance in institutional architecture areas” and issuing gap reports and improvement plans.- Leading “reviewing and developing the digital transformation strategy” and linking it to a measurable roadmap.- Establishing and adopting institutional architecture governance practices, policies, and standards.- Manage a team of architects and specialists, distribute tasks, and monitor performance.- Adopt perspectives and outputs (general model, catalogs, capability maps, reference architectures).- Monitor performance indicators and ensure compliance with frameworks (TOGAF, NORA, ITIL, ISO).Qualifications:-Bachelor's or master’s degree in information technology, TOGAF certification, PMP preferred.Minimum years of experience:-7 years for a bachelor's degree or 5 years for a master's degree.Skills and competencies: -- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Problem analysis and solving- Stakeholder management- Working in a multidisciplinary team- Team leadership- Governance and decision-making- Performance and budget managementProfessional certificates: -TOGAF, ITIL, PMI-PgMP/PMP (or equivalent).If you are interested, please send your CV with your job title to the email address below:-careers@x-shift.com
