Job SummaryResponsible for leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of KEY fiber projects, including coordination with project teams, vendors, partners, and authorities. Ensures rollout, testing, and service activation are completed on time, within budget, and in line with design, quality, and governance standards. Oversees project reporting, budgeting (PR/PO/GR), and stakeholder communication. Supports cross-functional collaboration and drives continuous improvement in processes, contracts, and execution. Proactively identifies, manages, and resolves project risks and issues.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the project team, vendors/partners, and relevant authorities for the end-to-end rollout, testing, and service activation of the KEY fiber project.Ensure project delivery is completed within the agreed timeline, aligned with overall objectives, and adheres to design, quality, and budget requirements.Uphold compliance with company policies, project governance, processes, guidelines, and standards.Oversee and manage project reporting, updates, and communications across forums, meetings, and with internal and external stakeholders.Manage project budgeting activities, including PR, PO, and GR processes.Foster effective cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth coordination with other departments.Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives related to rollout execution, processes, contracts, and ways of working.Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation, monitoring, and resolution.Job RequirementsThis position is offered as a 2-year fixed-term contract.Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science.PMP certification; Fiber rollout–related certification is an added advantage.Minimum 10 years of experience in fiber rollout projects.At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Lead managing large-scale fiber rollout initiatives.Strong project management expertise with a solid understanding of end-to-end fiber rollout processes.Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project management tools and reporting systems.Exceptional leadership capabilities with strong coaching, negotiation, and influencing skills.Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies and authorities.Highly organized, reliable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.Able to perform effectively under pressure and manage tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.Next StepsThank you for taking the first step towards joining our team at CelcomDigi!
