This is an opportunity to work in a global, dynamic environment at the heart of the energy sector.We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to join our client’s team in Istanbul, Turkey. The ideal candidate has a strong background in designing large-scale enterprise systems, driving digital transformation, and aligning IT architecture with business strategy in a complex industrial environment.This role involves defining target architectures, leading innovation initiatives, and ensuring that technology solutions support efficiency, safety, and sustainability objectives across the organization.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀Design and implement enterprise-wide architectures and transition roadmaps aligned with business and IT strategies.Lead technology transformation projects, coordinating workshops, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery.Integrate emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, data analytics, and cloud computing into enterprise strategies to improve operational performance.Apply DevSecOps principles, Software Craftsmanship, and cloud-native architectures to modernize IT ecosystems.Develop and manage Proofs of Concept (PoCs), RFIs, RFPs, and technical specifications for digital initiatives.Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure architectural decisions support production efficiency, asset management, and energy optimization.Conduct feasibility studies and define innovation roadmaps focused on sustainability and digital transformation.𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, systems design, or IT transformation.Proven experience leading architecture frameworks and transitions across complex organizations.At least 5 years of experience in project coordination, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.Strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), IoT, data integration, and cybersecurity principles.Hands-on experience with DevSecOps practices, software development lifecycles, and cloud-native architectures.Familiarity with oil & gas operations, industrial automation, or energy sector systems is a strong advantage.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.Certifications in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, BPM, SOA/Microservices) or Cloud Architecture are preferred.
