This senior-level role requires a proven track record in enterprise sales environments, with a focus on securing large enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will be a strategic relationship-builder, adept at researching prospects, managing CRM systems, scheduling meetings, presenting value propositions, and closing high-value contracts. While experience in travel or ground transportation is a plus, the primary emphasis is on enterprise expertise. You will collaborate closely with our tech, supply, marketing, and ops teams to deliver tailored solutions and achieve revenue targets.Job responsibility: Building strategic, large-scale partnerships with multinational corporations, travel platforms, or industry leaders requiring integrated mobility solutions across multiple cities or countries.Partnering with a global travel management company to become their official ground transportation provider.Designing a unified mobility program for a Fortune 500 company with operations in several regionsDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire and grow enterprise-level clients.Drive revenue growth by identifying, targeting, and closing high-value, complex deals.Build multi-year account strategies aligned with business objectives and client needs.Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders within target organizations.Act as a trusted advisor — understanding clients’ business goals, challenges, and how the company’s solutions deliver value.Manage renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities to expand enterprise accounts.Lead end-to-end enterprise deal cycles — from lead qualification and solution presentation to contract negotiation and closure.Coordinate with legal, finance, and product teams to structure complex commercial agreements.Ensure deal profitability while maintaining long-term client relationships.Required Qualifications7-10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a director-level or equivalent senior role.A strong track record of closing deals with large enterprise clients (e.g., Fortune 500 or equivalent).Demonstrated expertise in enterprise sales cycles, including research, CRM management, meeting facilitation, presentations, and relationship-building.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions to C-suite executives.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional support.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Preferred QualificationsExperience in the travel industry, multimodal ground transfers, or related logistics/transportation sectors.Familiarity with sales tools and technologies beyond CRM, such as data analytics platforms or AI-driven prospecting tools.Track record of exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets.Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications in sales or fintech.Fluent in English. Any additional language is a plus.
