You will develop and drive targeted enterprise marketing programs to generate awareness, quality pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle and help to build customer relationships. You will collaborate closely with the Snowflake Japan leadership team to plan and execute.In addition, you are expected to successfully collaborate with a variety of individuals and teams as well as manage numerous projects simultaneously, in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a highly-organized, self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and to explore.Job DescriptionIdentify Japan enterprise market requirements/opportunities, develop Go-to-Market Strategies and ensure strong alignment with Sales and other cross-functional teamsDevelop & implement end-to-end enterprise marketing programs including ABM, CEC, executive engagement, demand generation, joint partner programs and industry specific initiativesIdentify the most compelling & effective enterprise marketing materials and messaging including case studies, whitepapers for key accountsEngage & maintain direct alignment with Sales and cross-functional teams in terms of all pre/post event communications, and enterprise marketing-driven campaigns/promotion strategiesOwn & drive executions within budget, logistics, timelines & vendor managementEvaluate all campaigns’ impact & ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investmentDrive team-wide adoption of best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and process improvementRequirements10+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaSBachelor's Degree in, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldAbility to understand and communicate to diverse technical and non-technical audiencesDemonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders both inside and outside the companyThe experience and passion to think creatively and generate ideas on how to build robust and unique 1:1 campaignsExperience building and delivering of enterprise field marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs and joint partner activityHands-on execution ability with effective project and time managementProject management, prioritization, organizational skills, accuracy in performance, ability to anticipate the needs of sales and details drivenAbility to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and proactive attitudeFluent in Japanese and business level EnglishSnowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
