Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverablesCoordinate project activities, resources, material, equipment, and informationMaintain and update project schedules and documentation to ensure Percentage Orders Delivered are achievedPropose and maintain Budget and PR CAPEX realization for DCS ProjectMonitor project progress and handle any issues that ariseTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsPrepare and present reports on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholdersMake sure complete Service through 3rd party and cross-connect linkLead coordination with PMO, Sales, Engineering, and Project Roll Out team for project timeline until activationEnsuring accuracy project dashboardGenerate regular and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholdersMaintain drop rate form spider customer and regular customer based on procedure & targetAct as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participantsWork with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure they are metFacilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team membersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum of 4-6 years of experience in a network support or network activation roleDeep understanding of network technologies, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and wireless networks, as well as network security principles and protocolsProven track record of success in leading network activation projects, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions on time and within budgetProject management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plusStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teamsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on identifying and resolving issues to ensure project successResults-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvementLocation: Centennial Tower, South Jakarta BenefitsMedical InsuranceMedical Check Up
