Manager, Growth & TransformationEnterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) Manager – Complex Opportunity Coaching – OperateSan Jose, Costa RicaDeloitte’s Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) team plays a crucial and growing role in helping the firm achieve its Multi-Disciplinary Model (MDM) objectives. Significant investments are being made to enable and support “Operate” business rapid growth over the next several years. EPM is seeking a high performing Manager for a highly visible role working with senior business, Industry, and account leaders to help drive Operate growth while maintaining critical MDM agility. The position sits in the Growth & Purpose functional area as part of the Enterprise Portfolio Management team and is part of the larger Office of MDM that reports to the Chief Growth & Purpose Officer and business CEOs. The role offers a unique opportunity to work with business teams across Consulting Services on large, complex and highly visible client pursuits.As an EPM Manager, you will play a hands-on role supporting business teams, assisting with Independence considerations, and facilitating processes to enable Operate business growth. This role supports EPM Senior Managers and leaders, involving regular cross-team collaboration and direct engagement with project teams.Work You'll DoEPM Managers support business leadership across three priority pillars:Inform: Liaise between EPM and the Consulting Services Operate 2.0 CoE, providing clear and timely guidance to OPERATE business leaders on EPM and Independence issues.Optimize: Advise pursuit teams on structuring OPERATE opportunities within appropriate guardrails, help coordinate Independence consultations, and support resolution of conflicts.Influence: Foster collaborative thinking and knowledge sharing (Audit, Consulting Services, Tax, ICN, DTTL), promoting a “One Firm” culture.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport education and coaching to help build and sustain “MDM muscle” within the OPERATE CoE “Solution Hub.”Provide actionable guidance to clients and account teams, structuring new business opportunities.Facilitate tracking, documentation, and process improvement for Independence consultations.Collaborate with EPM leadership, Independence & Conflicts Network (ICN), and other stakeholders in maintaining and developing guidance and resource materials.Strengthen relationships across teams (ICN, QRM, OGC, E&A, etc.) by supporting complex consultations and content creation.Champion EPM tools and frameworks within the Operate business for scalability and agility.Maintain awareness of the firm’s business priorities and connect insights to daily decisions.How You'll GrowThis role offers broad exposure to Deloitte’s businesses and projects, providing opportunities for development, mentoring, and firm-wide experience. You will:Develop deep knowledge of the regulatory and business environment.Engage in training and coaching to develop leadership, communication, and technical skills.Make a visible impact by supporting key projects for the firm.Required Qualifications:8+ years of relevant professional experience, including consulting, client service, project/program management, or related Operate experience.Strong analytical skills; able to break down scenarios and communicate key points.Demonstrated relationship-building and interpersonal skills; ability to coach teams effectively.Able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong English and Spanish oral and written communication skills.Ability to travel as needed.Must be legally authorized to work in Costa Rica without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Deloitte’s organizational model or similar professional services environments, such as Consulting, Audit, Tax.Experience supporting negotiation, deal shaping, or project leadership.Intermediate technical understanding of audit and Independence concepts.Familiarity with cross-functional teaming and process improvement approaches.As used in this posting, “Deloitte” means DSS Delivery Costa Rica S.R.L., a Costa Rican sociedad de responsabilidad limitada and subsidiary of Deloitte LLP.
