This is a unique opportunity to work across Ubiquiti’s expanding ecosystem—including routing, switching, security, SD-WAN, cameras, door access control, and other emerging UniFi technologies. You’ll be instrumental in helping customers design, deploy, and scale their networks while shaping the future of our product development through direct collaboration with R&D.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, has a strong grasp of enterprise networking and physical security, and is excited to be on the front lines of innovation.Please note that applicants must live in Sweden and hold a valid work permit at the time of application to be considered for this role.ResponsibilitiesEngage with enterprise customers to understand and architect solutions across networking (routing, switching, firewall, SD-WAN), physical security (video surveillance, access control), and other emerging UniFi technologiesCreate detailed system designs and technical proposals for large-scale deploymentsDeliver technical demos, webinars, and hands-on trainings both remotely and on-siteTranslate customer needs into clear, actionable feedback for R&D—explaining not just the “what,” but the “why” and “how”Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends and evaluate how they intersect with Ubiquiti’s roadmapBuild and maintain lab environments to test, learn, and validate configurations hands-onTravel as needed to industry events, trade shows, and key customer sitesRequirements3+ years in the enterprise networking or physical security industry, ideally in a pre-sales, systems engineering, or technical consulting roleStrong knowledge of networking fundamentals and security architectures, including UniFi or comparable platformsExcellent verbal and written communication skills—comfortable engaging with both technical and executive stakeholdersSelf-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with minimal oversightPassion for independent learning and a drive to “lab” and explore new technologiesAbility to connect customer insights to product evolution, helping drive innovation at scaleBenefits:International work environmentCompetitive compensation package including wellness allowance, occupational pension, medical insurance, private health insurance, life insurance and work-injury insuranceFive weeks of holiday per yearFlexible work hours and hybrid work modelModern office space located in Epicenter (Hötorget)Access to all the latest Ubiquiti products and prototypes for home use and testsPlease note that a background check will be conducted in the final stage of the recruitment process
