About PixofixPixofix is a global image production partner supporting leading fashion and e-commerce brands with high-volume, enterprise-grade retouching solutions.As we expand our Enterprise Division, we are seeking a Europe-based Enterprise Quality & Technical Account Lead to help elevate visual standards and manage strategic client relationships.The RoleThis is a senior hybrid role combining:• Advanced technical retouching expertise • Enterprise client leadership • Visual standard setting • Cross-team collaborationYou will serve as the quality authority and strategic point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring consistent aesthetic alignment and smooth delivery at scale.Key Responsibilities• Act as a senior point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts • Lead performance and alignment calls with clients • Define and document brand-specific visual standards • Approve calibration work and guide quality direction • Provide structured feedback to production leadership • Support internal training and visual consistency initiatives • Partner with operations to ensure scope clarity and commercial alignmentWhat This Role Is Not• Not a daily production manager • Not an admin coordinator • Not a batch approver • Not a junior account roleThis is a strategic quality and enterprise-facing leadership position.Required Experience• 3+ years professional retouching experience in fashion, beauty, or e-commerce • Advanced Photoshop expertise (masking, compositing, skin, color grading) • Experience working with Western fashion or retail brands • Strong aesthetic judgment and ability to critique at a senior level • Exposure to high-volume production environments • Client-facing or agency experience preferredIdeal Background• Senior retoucher moving into leadership • Production lead with strong technical foundation • Agency-side art director with e-commerce focusWhy Join Pixofix• Direct impact on enterprise visual standards • Work with international fashion brands • Remote European role • Opportunity to grow within a scaling global production company • Competitive compensation aligned with experience
