ResponsibilitiesCollect and analyze data related to TKS assessments (governance factors, risk profile factors, profitability factors, and capital factors) from relevant departments, and prepare periodic reportsConduct assessments and compile reports on the resultsPrepare and draft the Annual Business Plan and Half-Year Realization ReportDesign and develop risk management policies, frameworks, and proceduresDevelop and maintain risk dashboards, scorecards, and reports using key risk indicators (KRIs), control effectiveness metrics, and emerging risk dataMonitor and ensure effective control and implementation of Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Financial Risk, and Business Continuity ManagementProvide analytical support in developing and implementing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) methodologies, including risk identification, assessment, prioritization, tracking, mitigation, and reportingReview and monitor the implementation and updates of all company SOPs and policiesManage the Expected Credit Loss (ECL) model and related risk policiesDesign and review TKS within the Comprehensive Risk ConsoleAssist in promoting Risk Management awareness across the organizationRequirementsBachelor's Degree in related fieldMin. 5 years of experience in risk management, financial analysis, preferably from financial services or banking industryStrong understanding of risk management, TKS assessments, and ECL (Expected Credit Loss) modelProficient in data analysis and reporting tools
