How You’ll Make Your MarkYour main tasks in this role are:In this role you will further develop the risk management systems for the international ALDI SÜD Group orientated at international standars (ISO, COSO)You'll operate a process for the identification of risks, to determine ownership and monitor status of mitigation measuresYour responsibilites include analyzing and determining the effectiveness of established internal control systems You'll work on the further integration of 3-Lines Model and the management of interfaces with related management systems (e.g. ISMS, ESG Compliance, BCM)In addition, you'll support with the selection and introduction of a global integrated Risk Management software solutionYou'll analyze and introduce adequate quantitative risk measurement approaches to determine risk appetite and risk bearing capacityYou are conducting focused risk assessment, based on which business decisions could be taken.
