Enterprise Sales - Middle East - RegTech

We are currently working with a fast-growing financial technology firm, who primarily focus on selling Regtech solutions, that are looking to expand their footprint further by adding an experienced sales professional in the Middle East. This individual will drive new business revenue across sell-side financial institutions in the Middle East by selling compliance and regulatory technology solutions. Build and manage relationships with financial markets participants and deliver consistent commercial growth.Key Responsibilities:Hit and exceed annual and quarterly revenue targets for the Middle East region.Identify, develop, and close new business with banks, brokers, investment & trading firms.Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish.Maintain a strong pipeline with clear forecasting accuracy.Build senior relationships with decision-makers.Work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to support growth opportunities and client onboarding.Represent the company at industry events, forums, and client workshops.Experience:Proven success in selling RegTech, compliance, surveillance, capital markets technology or related solutions.B2B enterprise software sales or SaaS is essential.Track record selling into sell-side financial institutions in the Middle East.Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate and close enterprise-level deals.Strong understanding of regulatory obligations within Middle Eastern financial markets.Strong presentation, communication and commercial negotiation skills.
