As we continue bringing our innovative approach to fast-growing companies across manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, and maritime, we are looking for an HR Operations Executive to join us on this exciting journey.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWe are expanding rapidly across Asia and are now seeking a B2B Sales Executive to drive market expansion and client engagement in Indonesia.Sales & Business Development· Manage the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and onboarding new clients.· Identify and qualify potential enterprise customers and channel partners in targeted industries such as manufacturing, logistics, maritime, and oil & gas.· Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demos to showcase our value proposition.· Work with the product and solution teams to ensure proposals meet technical and business requirements.· Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach, inbound follow-ups, and networking activities.· Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.Account Management & Partnership· Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.· Coordinate with channel partners, distributors, and resellers to support joint go-to-market initiatives.· Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.· Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on industrial digital transformation trends and AI-driven solutions.Collaboration & Reporting· Work closely with the Singapore HQ and regional teams on sales strategy, pricing, and campaign alignment.· Update CRM records promptly with lead activities, deal progress, and client feedback.· Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.· Represent Groundup.ai at industry events, exhibitions, and online webinars to build brand awareness.KEY REQUIREMENTS· 3–5 years of experience in B2B, and 1-2 YoE with enterprise sales, ideally within industrial technology, IoT, AI, or SaaS solutions.· Proven track record in closing deals with large enterprise, MNC, or government clients.· Proven track record of managing full sales cycles and meeting revenue targets.· Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.· Excellent proficiency in English (spoken & written); Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.· Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.Preferred Qualifications· Demonstrated experience managing or closing high-value contracts with multinational corporations (MNCs) or government agencies.· Strong network or prior engagement in industrial, energy, or public-sector projects is a plus· Experience working with regional or multinational teams is a plus.WHAT WE OFFER· Competitive salary.· Guaranteed work on high-visibility projects.· Flexible work arrangements for selected roles.· Professional coaching and mentorship programs.· Accelerated career progression and development opportunities.· Performance benchmarked bonuses (not based on years of experience).· Career accelerator fund and tuition reimbursement for relevant post-graduate degrees, education, and courses.INTERVIEW PROCESS· Submit Resume & video (show English speaking skill)· 2 Rounds interview via Google Meet
