About the RoleSeynur is seeking an Enterprise Sales Lead — a core team member who will own the full enterprise sales cycle and help shape how Seynur engages and grows with its customers across Türkiye and beyond.You’ll partner directly with leadership to refine Seynur’s go-to-market strategy, develop repeatable sales processes, and build trusted relationships with enterprise clients.This is a hands-on role for a strategic, self-organized professional who enjoys translating complex cybersecurity and data-engineering challenges into measurable business results.You’ll be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth by building long-term partnerships that create measurable business impact. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing relationships with key accounts across Türkiye and new international territories, contributing directly to Seynur’s next phase of growth.ResponsibilitiesLead complex consultative enterprise sales cycle applying frameworks such as MEDDICC and value-based selling.Build and nurture trusted relationships with both technical and executive stakeholdersTranslate customer challenges into tailored cybersecurity and data-engineering solutions through collaboration with solution architects, technology vendors, and delivery teams.Identify and develop opportunities across key sectors such as finance, e-commerce, and technology, maintaining a healthy, predictable pipeline.Align sales performance with measurable business outcomes — including revenue growth, pipeline quality, and customer success metrics.Take full ownership of existing contracts mainly in Istanbul, with a primary focus on Türkiye and near-term expansion into international markets.Maintain disciplined forecasting and reporting, ensuring accountability for performance and outcomes.Collaborate with vendor and channel partners on joint go-to-market initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and industry programs — representing Seynur in key events and customer workshops to expand reach and credibility.Stay ahead of market and technology trends in Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, and AI through continuous learning and vendor programs.Must HaveMinimum 3 years of experience in enterprise or B2B technology sales, with proven success consistently overachieving sales quotas.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related discipline.Strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling approaches.Ability to communicate complex technology value clearly to both business and technical audiences.Excellent communication and presentation skills in Turkish and English.Highly self-driven, structured, and capable of working independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across teams.Nice to HaveExperience in cybersecurity, observability, or data-streaming markets.Familiarity with SIEM (Splunk, Elastic) or streaming ecosystems (Confluent, Kafka).Understanding of enterprise procurement and RFP cycles.Experience using AI-driven tools for prospecting and account research.We value consistency and focus — qualities often found in endurance sports like running, cycling, or water sports — reflecting persistence, balance, and long-term growth.What You’ll Gain (Benefits)Competitive base salary + commission and performance incentives.Continuous learning through vendor-backed training and certification programs.Clear career progression toward sales leadership or strategic partnerships.A culture built on trust, initiative, and craftsmanship — where your ownership helps shape one of Türkiye’s most promising cybersecurity growth stories.
