You will develop business plans that align with the assigned geographic and business needs, and collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing plans through and with end-users and partners.In this role, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive prospects through the pipeline, and you will strive to maintain the highest level of customer and partner satisfaction within the accounts in your territory.Responsibilities:Responding to customer and partner inquiries, providing them with the appropriate information and solutions based on their specific needs and interestsEngaging and working with business partners as appropriateFollowing up on all leads supplied and ensuring internal systems are updatedUnderstanding and working through all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing processDeveloping and maintaining a deep understanding of the territory, including customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitorsOne needs to have good hold over the Arabic language to penetrate deeper in the local KSA and GCC market.Maintaining a positive, professional attitude and demonstrating the company’s core valuesCoordinating, planning, and scheduling sales support functions with technical sales staffLeveraging relationships to open doors to new strategic business opportunitiesThis person will be responsible for building the enterprise clientele for Restroworks in KSA and eventually in the complete GCC region where the target clients will be huge conglomerates with 400/500 plus restaurants under their label.Directly managing a growing team of senior individual contributors responsible for acquiring new customers and managing relationships with existing clients across the regionCollaborating with the sales team members to penetrate ABM targeted accounts with innovative and strategic approaches based on territoryResearching and identifying new accounts, contacts, and opportunities with segmentUtilizing hubspot & linkedin to ensure activities are planned and documented properlyBenefitsGet your hands on one of the best restaurant SaaS productsWork with 18,000+ happy brands in 50 countriesBe a part of a small & friendly team of marketersOpen and transparent work culturePosition is based in Saudi Arabia(Riyadh) and we are looking forward only for fluent Arabic speaking nationals for this role.Restroworks named the Best Restaurant POS Software by Gartner Digital Markets.
