Job Summary:The Enterprise Sales Specialist (ERP SaaS) is responsible for driving enterprise-level sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling the company’s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) cloud solutions to large organizations. The role involves identifying business challenges, understanding client processes, and positioning the ERP platform as a strategic solution that enhances efficiency, visibility, and business performance.The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of enterprise software sales, digital transformation, and the SaaS business model.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead GenerationIdentify, research, and pursue new enterprise sales opportunities within target industries (e.g., manufacturing, distribution, retail, services, finance, etc.).Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise leads through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.Develop tailored sales strategies for large accounts to maximize deal conversion and revenue growth.2. Consultative Solution SellingConduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand clients’ operational processes, ERP challenges, and digital transformation goals.Map client requirements to ERP modules such as finance, HR, procurement, inventory, CRM, and production.Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations that clearly articulate value and ROI.Collaborate with pre-sales and technical consultants to develop customized solution proposals.3. Sales Execution & Deal ManagementManage the complete enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and needs analysis to proposal presentation, negotiation, and contract closure.Prepare and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders from enterprise clients.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and deal progress using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.4. Account Management & Relationship BuildingDevelop long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, CIOs, HR Directors, Procurement Heads, etc.) within enterprise accounts.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts for additional ERP modules or premium support.Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction.5. Market & Product InsightStay updated on ERP SaaS trends, market competitors, and emerging enterprise technology needs.Provide client and market feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to inform feature development and positioning.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote thought leadership.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in enterprise or B2B software sales, preferably selling ERP, CRM, or related SaaS products.Proven success in closing complex enterprise deals with multi-decision-maker environments.Strong knowledge of ERP systems and core business processes (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Inventory, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience using CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Ability to translate technical product features into clear business benefits.Strong business acumen and consultative selling mindset.Core CompetenciesEnterprise solution sellingStrategic account managementBusiness process understandingStakeholder engagement and negotiationPipeline and forecast managementPresentation and communication skillsCustomer-centric approachPerformance Indicators (KPIs)Enterprise deal closures and revenue growthNumber of new enterprise accounts acquiredRetention and renewal rate of key accountsAverage deal size and sales cycle efficiencyClient satisfaction and feedback scoreCompensation & Benefits150,000-200,000 (Niara)Health and wellness benefitsCareer development and product training opportunitiesHybrid work arrangementLocations: LagosApply:recruitment@joesandeves.com
