You will identify and qualify new opportunities, engage with Dash0 users, and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate interest. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to target the right users.At Dash0, we value outcomes, not just activities. You will be measured by your ability to create high-quality opportunities and support our customers on their journey.What You’ll DoQualify and nurture inbound leads from events, campaigns etc. Identify and prospect into target accounts through outbound outreachResearch and map key accounts, identifying decision-makers and their needsExecute multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) to build pipelineCollaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRMAct as the first point of contact for potential customers and represent Dash0’s mission and valuesContinuously improve outreach sequences and messaging to drive engagementStay current on Dash0’s product roadmap and competitive landscapeParticipate in feedback loops with marketing and product to share customer insightsWho You AreYou are a motivated, curious, and proactive sales professional who enjoys connecting with people and solving their problems.You have:1-2 years of experience in sales development (preferably in B2B SaaS), ideally in observability or a related tech space, with solid knowledge of the tool landscape and confidence engaging technical buyersStrong communication skills (written and verbal) in EnglishA growth mindset and willingness to learn about technical productsConfidence in cold outreach, handling objections, and booking qualified meetingsExperience using modern sales tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, or similarPassion for technology and the developer ecosystemAnd you:Own your tasks and finish them reliablyLove working in a collaborative, feedback-driven environmentAre excited to join a high-growth startup and make a real impactWhy You'll Love Working at Dash0Competitive salary & commission structureEquity participationCollaborative and supportive team cultureClear path for career development
