The founding team has cumulatively raised over $500M+, invested in 30+ startups and hold 20+ patents, composed of alumni from IITs, IIMs, CMU, IISc, NUS with rich experience across multiple industriesRole Overview - Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) Program:We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join us at Evam labs to work on a new idea addressing what we believe is one of the largest opportunities in the AI space over the next two decades.  In this role - You will be working with the founders and the core team members on a new offering in the AI space.You will need to build a deep understanding of the problem statement and the target customers’ pain points; and incorporate learnings into the development lifecycle.You will also own the responsibility of identifying go to market channels (both direct and indirect) focusing on our  key markets - US, SEA, Australia and Middle East.This is a full-time onsite role at our office located in Bengaluru and will require frequent business travel.What we look for in Candidates:High Agency: Ability to get things done with a high sense of urgencyDomain Expertise: Prior experience in a marketplace with skilled labour or edtech is an advantageTeam Building: Ability to attract talent and groom future leadersStorytelling: Ability to sell the mission that we are onChew Glass: Resilience and tenacity above all elseSpeed: Living and breathing our motto: DO HARD THINGS.
