This position will join our January 2026 cohort, and will join a group of motivated recruiters, learning the fundamentals of agency recruitment with our Director of Learning and Development. If you are currently in a sales-focussed role, comfortable putting in work, learning processes, and collaborating on a team while being mentored every day then, this is the job for you.As part of our January 2026 cohort, you will have the opportunity to grow your desk within AEC and learn the fundamentals of agency recruitment from some of the best; you will be trained on client acquisition and sales, recruiting, sourcing, and connecting construction professionals with top construction firms throughout the Nation.Our team works fully remote, with semi-annual team retreats across the Nation.
