As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will play a vital role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to experiential marketing events and private parties.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of a variety of events such as corporate functions, weddings, and trade shows. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure seamless event execution. Manage event logistics, including setup, teardown, and on-site coordination. Support marketing efforts to promote events, including social media and outreach campaigns. Assist in the development and management of event budgets and tracking expenses. Research and secure necessary permits and licenses for events as required. Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseBachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with event management software. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
