We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Developer & Brand Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in upselling and maximising sales potential.Responsibilities:Identify and qualify potential leads at the initial stages of the sales funnel, focusing on upselling opportunities.Conduct thorough research on potential clients and establish connections to educate and inform prospects about our products and services.Nurture leads to convert them into new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to provide exceptional customer experiences.Actively seek out new business opportunities and expand our customer database.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create detailed sales business plans that align with company objectives.Set and manage sales goals for your market, constantly striving for excellence.Support the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.Assist in finding and qualifying prospects, leveraging your expertise in identifying upselling opportunities.Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and proactively offering solutions.Continuously identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales potential.Provide professional after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.Stay up-to-date with product and service features and benefits to effectively communicate them to clients.Prepare and present comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Required Skills & Experience:A degree in Administration, Sales, Marketing, or an equivalent.Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on upselling and seizing open opportunities.Experience or knowledge of Salesforce is a plus, although not mandatory.A sense of ownership and pride in your performance, understanding the impact on the company's success.Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Exceptional time-management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and build relationships with clients.Enthusiastic and passionate about sales and upselling.Fluent in business English, both orally and written.Knowledge of languages other than English is a plus.
