About the Role: The Super Rater role for the GSQ Project is a high-performing content expert responsible for assessing content alignment with partner-generated guidelines. This role combines the focused discipline of a curator with the judgment and precision of an experienced content reviewer, ensuring timely, accurate, and context-aware outputs. Super Raters must be able to retain focus, prioritize effectively, and make rating decisions under timed task intervals. This means that all activity is done under a specific time frame and on a timer. Equally important is the Super Rater's role in refining processes and supporting peers, contributing to the overall success of the team.About Revature:Revature is one of the largest and fastest-growing employers of technology talent across the U.S., partnering with Fortune 500 companies, the biggest System Integrators, and Government Contractors to identify experienced professionals who can be effective leaders.Education: Master’s degree - Preferred in English, Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, Psychology, or a related field.Required Qualifications:Operating tasks within a specific timeframe and on a system-generated timer.Operating in high-volume environments, the ability to manage stress and maintain composureAbility to balance speed with quality in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong written communication, documentation, and critical analysis skillsHigh degree of self-motivation, professionalism, and emotional resilienceComfort with ambiguity, complex instructions, and evolving workflowsAbility to adapt to the swift changes to project policiesProficiency in using computer resources and a deep understanding of browser search strategiesPreferred Experience:Prior roles as a Curator, Rater, Annotator, Editor, or Quality ReviewerPreferred success in a high-volume, time-bound content or rating roleExperience with AI/LLM evaluation, content moderation, or data labeling platformsFamiliarity with QA and tracking toolKey Responsibilities:Time-Sensitive Content Execution:Complete timed task assignments efficiently while meeting or exceeding quality benchmarks.Navigate complex instructions and evolving guidelines with accuracy under time constraints.Maintain consistent performance under pressure by employing strategies to manage stress and maintain focus.Demonstrate strong time management, focus, and the ability to work calmly under pressure.Balance speed with precision in a high-output, deadline-driven environmentContent Review Services - Review services for text, video, audio, and image content in the English language. There may be a request for additional language reviews.Machine learning services - Review, label, transcribe data for evals, machine learning, language translations, and production-oriented pipelines as the case may be. These could include images, audio, text, videos, still frames, and imagery, etc.Document and revise partner-facing guideline sources.Content Curation & Review:Serve as a reviewer, sometimes the final reviewer of curated data, applying expert-level attention to detail.Quality Assurance & Communication:Document production and accuracy metrics, and other project trackersReport behavioral trends, edge cases, and content anomalies to Task LeadsContribute to guideline improvement through regular feedback and insightsIdentify inconsistencies, correct errors, ensure clarity, escalate ambiguities, and suggest improvements to guidelines, workflows, and accuracy across deliverablesGuideline Ownership & Protocol Adherence:Stay current with demos, instruction updates, and protocol changesRigorously follow GSQ Protocol and style guides with minimal reworkLeverage productivity tooling effectively and adapt to new systems and processes with easeEqual Opportunity Employer:Revature (“Company”) is an equal opportunity employer.
