IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIORIn this role, you will be part of the Procurement Team and be a pivotal team member contributing to our new journey ahead. You will help create, maintain, and improve excellence in our Procurement Team. Our new colleague will collaborate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the business continuity of our Antwerp site. You will report directly to the Global Senior Lead Buyer.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage a cost effective and efficient organization of for the Purchasing disciplineDefine and lead cross-functional purchasing teamsManage relationships / partnerships with internal customersDevelop and manage relationship with suppliers and track their performanceContract Manager role: implement contract and ensure contract complianceClosely monitor internal customers contract compliance; define and take approved corrective actions to improveFormulate, get approval, and manage the yearly cost budget for the Purchasing planRequirementsThe Ideal candidate has:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in indirect procurementA Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in procurement and/or relevant technical disciplineStrong communication and negotiating skills in Dutch and English both orally and writtenThe ability to build relationships and coordinate effectively among a wide range of (internal and external) stakeholdersAn analytic and resourceful mindset and is able to prioritize workA pro-active way of working and will always try to develop a solution together with his stakeholdesThe ability to respond to shifts in the business environment, adapt and change course when necessaryBenefitsCompetitive Compensation:
