Their multidisciplinary teams support major regional projects with a strong focus on operational excellence and safety.Description:Our client is seeking a seasoned Health & Safety Manager to lead HSE operations across multi-site construction and industrial projects in Kuwait. This leadership role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise, proven people management experience, and a strong command of digital safety tools and compliance frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs across oil & gas, power, and infrastructure project sitesConduct risk assessments, implement hazard control strategies, and drive site-wide accident prevention initiativesLead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and regulatory reportingConduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, NFPA, and local HSE regulationsManage a team of HSE officers and coordinate training programs, including digital and VR-based safety simulationsUtilize modern safety technologies such as IoT sensors, drones, HSE management software, and data analytics toolsDevelop HSE strategies aligned with client and project requirements, while promoting a proactive safety culturePrepare documentation, reports, and recommendations for internal and external stakeholdersQualifications:10-15 years of HSE experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial roleProven experience managing safety across multiple large-scale sites (Oil & Gas, Power, or Infrastructure)Expertise in risk assessment, hazard mitigation, incident investigation, and accident preventionStrong familiarity with OSHA, ISO 45001, NFPA standards, and local Kuwaiti HSE regulationsHands-on experience with digital HSE tools, software platforms, and analyticsStrong communication, leadership, and team coordination skillsRequired Certifications:NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or NEBOSH DiplomaOSHA 30 or OSHA 500 (or equivalent)ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification (preferred)Additional Preferred Certifications:First Aid & CPR CertificationFire Safety Certification (NFPA Standards)Note: Candidates missing one or two certifications may still be considered if willing to complete them within a specified period.Why Join Us?Lead a critical function within high-profile regional projectsWork with cutting-edge HSE technology and practicesJoin a company with a strong track record in industrial safety and innovationCompetitive compensation and opportunities for professional development
