Environmental, Health and Safety Lead - Up to €90k per annumAbout Your New EmployerJoin a leading mechanical & electrical contractor renowned for its work on high-profile data centre and pharmaceutical projects.Be part of a company that prioritizes safety, innovation, and excellence in all its operations.Enjoy a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.About Your New JobConduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with Company and Client health and safety procedures.Carry out accident and incident investigations, including root cause analysis.Audit and assess potential new contractors before they commence work.Develop and implement the company's Behavioural Safety Policies and provide necessary training.Supervise and manage EHS documentation to support the integrated safety management system.Deliver and complete statutory notifications to the HSA as required.Conduct Health & Safety induction programmes for site personnel.Maintain EHS registers to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.Prepare and deliver training courses, including assessments.Represent the company at site meetings as needed.Review Safe Work Plans (SWP) for site tasks.Provide EHS advice and direction to site personnel.Collect and collate information for the Safety File and prepare for client handover at project completion.Track and compile weekly KPIs and report to the Senior Management Team.What Skills You NeedThird level qualification or Diploma in Health & Safety.At least five years of health and safety experience in construction, preferably in electrical engineering.Experience with data centre projects.Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.Excellent communication and training skills.Ability to conduct thorough investigations and audits.Proficiency in managing EHS documentation and reporting.A full clean Irish Driver's Licence - Class B.What’s on OfferCompetitive salary of up to €90,000 per annumPerformance BonusPension SchemeHealth InsuranceA supportive and collaborative work environment.Continuous professional development and training opportunities.What’s NextApply now by clicking the “Apply Now" button or call us on +353 21 484 5135.
