He/she oversees ESIA, compensation, gender, and GBV action plans, and ensures community engagement and sustainable implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA).Implement and monitor compensation and mitigation plans.Ensure compliance with HSE, gender, and GBV policies.Monitor and report on environmental and social performance.Engage with local communities and manage grievances.Support project management in environmental and social planning.Skills And CompetenciesProven experience in environmental and social management for infrastructure or electrification projects.Knowledge of ESIA procedures and international standards.Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.Capacity to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (communities, clients, and authorities).
