Ideal Candidate: Around five (5) years of experience, technically strong, with a Bachelor's degree in engineering/safety sciences (flexible for experience), and a background in the chemical industry (R&D or manufacturing).Experience in contractor safety, electrical safety (NFPA 70, arc flash), and lockout/tagout (LOTO) programs.Compensation: $94,000 to $118,700 with an 8% bonusShift: 1st Company Overview: R&D facility with about 550 people, including labs (wet chemistry, physical testing), processing areas (molding machines, compounding lines), and a pilot plant.Overview: The HSE Specialist oversees occupational safety programs across a facility encompassing laboratories, processing areas, a pilot plant, and a maintenance department.
