Project Type: Life Sciences ConstructionLocation: Zurich, SwitzerlandKey responsibilities:Lead the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) function on high-impact life science and data center projects.Act as the primary point of contact for all Health & Safety matters, fostering a sustainable EHS culture across project teams.Develop, implement, and maintain Health & Safety policies and procedures in compliance with Swiss statutory regulations.Champion the Fundamentals of Safety to embed a true Injury Free Environment (IFE) culture.Ensure all project activities are conducted with a strong focus on environmental protection, pollution prevention, and continuous improvement of environmental performance.Engage proactively with project teams to raise safety standards beyond local requirements for international clients.Qualifications/Experience:SUVA credentials and SCC certification required, along with relevant local EHS qualifications per statutory regulations.Minimum 5 years of site experience, preferably within construction projects in data centers or life sciences.Strong understanding of Swiss EHS legislation, work methods, and safety approaches.Fluent in English and German (minimum B1 level).Excellent communication and listening skills, with a proactive “can-do” attitude and strong work ethic.
