You’ll develop data-led insights, coordinate key certification programmes, and represent the business with customers and external partners.Your work will help reduce environmental impact, embed a culture of responsibility, and drive continuous improvement across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver all Sustainability Goals across the organisation.Chair the Sustainability Working Group and Champion Network, driving engagement and accountability.Build a data-driven framework to identify opportunities and measure performance.Represent the business in sustainability discussions with customers and key stakeholders.Manage and report on Origin Green, Repak, and ISO (14001 & 50001) programmes.Drive Green Lean and continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency and reduce waste.Support marketing and communications with sustainability data and stories.Introduce biodiversity and community initiatives across sites.Lead funding applications for sustainability and energy projects.About YouYou’re an enthusiastic and technically minded sustainability professional who thrives on collaboration and measurable progress.What you’ll bring:Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related discipline.2+ years’ experience in a sustainability, environmental, or technical role within the food sector.Strong project management, compliance, and reporting skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability.A proactive mindset with passion for continuous improvement.Eligible to work in Ireland (some travel may be required).Why Apply?Join a forward-thinking food business where sustainability is not a checkbox - it’s at the core of the culture.
