Today, our group operates more than 10 factories across Europe, Asia, and North America, with nearly 300 specialists working at our Innovation Center in Kaunas.The RoleWe are looking for an Environmental Management and Product Certifications Coordinator to strengthen our sustainability initiatives across the European region. In this role, you will ensure that our practices meet the highest environmental, social, and governance standards, helping LTP lead the way toward a more responsible textile industry.Key responsibilities include:Conduct due diligence across LTP’s value chain, ensuring compliance and transparency across all levels of the supply chain.Develop and implement audit programs for LTP’s subcontractors, coordinating regular audits to assess compliance with environmental and social standards.Organize and conduct environmental audits, collect and analyze subcontractor data, and support decision-making on sustainability priorities.Assist in implementing and maintaining environmental management systems that comply with both regional legal and customer-specific requirements.Track regional progress on sustainability metrics, including Higg FEM, Higg FSLM, FLA, and other relevant standards, and assist in preparing reports.Close collaboration between the Environmental and Social teams to support conducting audits of our suppliers and subcontractors. Ensure accurate documentation on LTP’s IPW system, supporting sales and procurement teams with regional supplier compliance data.Oversee the annual renewal of relevant certifications, coordinating with certification bodies and internal teams.About you:Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Management, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in environmental management, compliance, or sustainability roles within the textile or manufacturing sector.Strong communication and organizational skills for cross-functional collaboration.Experience in data management for transparency and traceability across supply chains.Proficiency in English for effective communication with certification bodies and stakeholders.Knowledge of regional environmental compliance and legal requirements is preferred.What We OfferA chance to shape the future of sustainable garment production.A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.A respectful, team-oriented culture focused on quality, responsibility, and sustainability.Gross salary €3,000 per month (depending on experience).If this sounds like your next step, we’d love to hear from you!💬 To apply or ask questions, reach out directly via LinkedIn message or email mora@ltpgroup.com 💬
