Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Hungary.

ResponsibilitiesWork with senior business stakeholders to define the Product Vision and Roadmap and support it with initial market researchUse market analyses and data insights to identify growth and development opportunitiesCreate and maintain the Product Backlog, make decisions on priorities according to business valueLead the Product planning process, creating realistic Release Plans and managing stakeholder expectations for the delivery of new FeaturesProvide vision and direction to development teams, remove impediments and ensure work focuses on maximizing business valueAssistance to the development of product marketing plan and sales pipeline managementIdentify dependencies, identify and mitigate risks in the product backlogCreate, document and maintain the requirement management processProvide backlog management and direction to sprint planningElaborate User Stories and Acceptance CriteriaServe as a subject matter expert and analyst/consultant to understand customer’s needs, gather & document requirementsHelp clients understand the best mix of technologies, design solutions and services and how they should be delivered to maximize effectivenessWork and collaborate with various offshore and 3rd party suppliers, adapting your communications approach to meet the business demandsWork to understand the intersection between technology, customers and business to cultivate business development opportunitiesUnderstand and stay abreast of current and emerging digital trends, unique opportunities and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects client’s business and initiativesSupport from time to time in a consultative/pre-sales role on select digital engagements as needed and defined by the business and the clientRequirementsYou must have a product mindset with a focus on delivering customer valueExperience in launching several ProductsThe relationship and communication skills to motivate and influence a wide range of EPAM and client stakeholders ranging from business leaders to software engineering teamsFamiliar with emerging digital trends and their application in the industry (Service Focus)Able to understand high-level business ideas, impact assess and break them down to facilitate service design and deliveryStrong Agile mindset and familiarity with other development methodologiesUnderstanding of each Product Lifecycle phase and ability to assist in running each phaseNice to haveStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDesire to learn and build next-gen products with our client and team of excellent EngineersAbility to coach and mentor more junior members of the teamContribute towards EPAM Product Management CompetencyWe offerDynamic, entrepreneurial corporate environmentDiverse multicultural, multi-functional, and multilingual work environmentOpportunities for personal and career growth in a progressive industryGlobal scope, international projectsWidespread training and development opportunitiesUnlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutionsCompetitive salary and various benefitsAdvanced wellbeing and CSR programs, recreation areaDo you know someone interested in starting a career in IT?
