Lead Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our growing team and help drive new opportunities in various business domains. In this role, you will work with clients from all over the globe, setting up a business analysis approach on projects of different scales and complexity, driving the BA team, and sharing BA best practices.

ResponsibilitiesSet strategic priorities and align project objectivesConduct interviews to gather and analyze requirements, utilizing techniques like user story mapping and use case modelingCommunicate project updates and drive decision-making and conflict resolutionPrioritize and manage backlogs with story mapping, impact mapping, and MoSCoW methods, utilizing tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOpsMentor team members in best practices and techniques of Business AnalysisAnalyze data and create visual reports with Tableau, Power BI or ExcelOptimize project efficiency using Lean or Six Sigma methodologiesEvaluate and adjust implemented solutions as necessaryRequirements6+ years of Business Analyst experience, with a track record in project strategy, stakeholder management and leading BA teamsProficiency in documenting various types of requirements and planning business analysis strategiesExperience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe) and adapting BA practices accordinglyProven ability to facilitate stakeholder communication across different levels through workshops and meetingsExpertise in managing BA project lifecycles and mentoring BAsSkills in estimating efforts and developing models for better understandingAdvanced knowledge of at least one requirements management tool (Jira, Target Process, Rally)C1 English level, both verbal and writtenWe offerWe connect like-minded people:
