DevOps Systems Engineering Manager

ResponsibilitiesArchitect and maintain highly reliable, scalable production systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based solutionsIdentify and implement DevOps best practices across the team and organizationLead efforts to optimize performance, resource utilization, and headcount growthGuide teams in designing infrastructure as code solutions to improve automation processesConsult and support teams working on cloud application developmentEnsure the security, compliance, and resilience of all DevOps systemsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to team membersManage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality deliverablesAssist in incident response and root cause analysis for production and development systemsRequirements7+ years' experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, or Cloud InfrastructureProficiency in automation tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef, PuppetStrong skills in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity) and monitoring dashboards (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)Solid knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, Ruby, Powershell)Familiarity with authentication protocols and user management (LDAP, Kerberos, SAML)Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken English (B2+)Nice to haveProficiency in cloud platforms, either AWS, Azure or GCPWe offerEngineering Heritage:
