ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Technical Lead, Product Manager, Product Operations Manager, and engineering team to develop the application's functionalitiesEngage with the application's power users and business representatives as needed during developmentTransform user requirements into functional requirements and robust design specificationsDesign, develop, and enhance software patterns, including authentication/authorization mechanisms, HTML/JavaScript frontends, web services, lambda functions, scheduled jobs, and integrationsImprove and refactor the application's integration layer code while adhering to established coding stylesDesign clear interfaces and pattern-based software with scalability and extensibility in mindCreate thorough automated integration tests to ensure functionality and maintains technical documentationOversee system lifecycle management, including necessary migrations and retirements of software componentsUtilize creativity to address technology-based obstacles and streamline development processes by removing impedimentsEnsure alignment with the outstanding engineering practices of the software engineering organizationRequirementsMaster’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, with extensive experience (10+ years) in applied informatics and software developmentProven expertise in developing full-stack applications using Java, JavaScript (React, NodeJS, Material-UI, Redux, Jest, etc.
