We are now looking for a Junior Specialist with experience in IT recruiting to join our Campus team in Lithuania and contribute to this mission.

In this role, you will create a positive candidate journey, bring exceptionally talented candidates to our training programs, and play a vital role in our growth.

ResponsibilitiesIdentify, screen, and interview potential candidates for training programs Guide applicants through the whole recruitment cycle Create and maintain a strong pipeline of junior talent Report on recruitment performance and program metrics Work with various internal platforms and applicant tracking systems Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support candidate transitions from training to production Act as a brand ambassador on LinkedIn and at professional company events Participate in EPAM Campus events (job fairs, conferences, university meetups, etc.
