You will be responsible for producing comprehensive mapping documents and conducting gap analyses, ensuring our data solutions meet the highest standards.

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze data migration projects from legacy platforms to cloud solutionsWrite Source to Target mapping documents to detail data transformationsConduct gap analysis of databases and document discrepancies in business logicGather and analyze data using SQL to support business decisionsFacilitate workshops with business users and summarize action itemsDrive Agile processes and ceremonies to ensure project alignmentCreate user stories based on Sprint and PI goalsGuide teams in meeting their objectives and managing stakeholder expectationsDiagram complex processes for clearer discussionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate requirement gatheringRequirements7-12 years of experience in business analysis or data analysisSolid understanding of Confluence, Jira, and SharePointSkills in writing complex SQL queries involving multiple table joinsAbility to work independently when given a task, asking questions and seeking direction when neededGeneral understanding of data migrations and data management principlesExperience with the software development life cycle (SDLC)Understanding of ETL efforts and the basic processProficiency in Agile methodologies and ceremoniesExperience in gathering requirementsStrong time management skillsNice to haveExperience in wealth management functionsFamiliarity with enterprise data management conceptsBackground in proposal development or solutioning
