ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of workParticipate in new business development opportunitiesOversee and deliver customer projects to meet planned objectivesManage customer relationships and ensure alignment with expectationsEnsure project execution adheres to EPAM processes and methodologiesAddress and resolve customer issues during engagements in collaboration with Account ManagersIdentify and manage engagement risks, communicating major concerns earlySupport overall project management efforts, including time estimation and resource schedulingDevelop and maintain engagement revenue forecasts and resource allocation plansHandle engagement timesheets and accurate billing information for financial trackingGenerate regular engagement reports for performance monitoringEstimate project requirements, including timelines, quality, and resource needs, and develop comprehensive project plansEstablish benchmarks for deliverability, performance, maintenance, and design costsAnalyze client processes and recommend enhanced business models, workflows, or innovative solutionsRequirements15-20 years of experience in the software industryRelevant expertise in Life Sciences and Pharma domains10-13 years of hands-on coding experienceAt least 4 years of project management experience with proven end-to-end delivery capabilitiesPrior experience in software development with a strong Java backgroundProficiency in communication, presentation, and planningDemonstrated organizational and leadership capabilities coupled with stakeholder management skillsDeep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies for project executionFamiliarity with both High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD)
