This role will provide leadership in delivering large-scale solar EPC projects, ensuring alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. If you are passionate about renewable energy and want to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking company, we would love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership in the execution of solar EPC projects, ensuring the integration of all project components (panels, inverters, grid connection systems, and balance of plant)Ensure quality control of site works and perform inspections of project materials and componentsMonitor and ensure that proper quality standards are maintained on site in line with contractual and ISO requirementsImplement and manage claim processes and identify opportunities aligned with project strategiesLead the project team and subcontractors to achieve cost, margin, and timeline objectivesReport project progress, financial status, and KPIs to the Project Management Office on a weekly/monthly basis, ensuring team engagement and alignmentIdentify significant problems, ensure corrective actions are implemented, and promote a proactive approach to prevent issuesOrganize and lead regular progress reviews to ensure effective coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning functionsEnsure customer quality expectations are met or exceededConduct field investigations and oversee the commissioning of electrical systems at the power plantProvide regular reporting and coordination with other business unitsComply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and contribute to a safe working environmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics EngineeringMinimum 5 years of project management experience in large-scale power plant EPC projects, preferably solar farms (photovoltaic panels, inverters, and grid connection systems)Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractorsStrong knowledge of preparing Project Quality Plans, Quality Control Plans, and Project Quality Procedures in compliance with contractual requirements and ISO standardsPMP certification is an advantageAbility to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specificationsValid driving license and active driving experience (mandatory)Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in an additional language (e.g., French, Spanish, German) is a plusNo restrictions for domestic and international travel🌍 What We Offer at Smart Solar Technologies:🚀 A career opportunity at one of the leading companies in the renewable energy sector🌱 A meaningful job contributing to a sustainable future🤝 A strong team spirit and a supportive work environment📈 Training and development opportunities💡 Be part of the change.
